I guide you to good health by creating a personalized nutrition plan which includes health and nutrition tips, recipes, chat support, continuous consultation and regular progress monitoring. During our consultation, I look closely at your eating habits and help you set nutrition goals.
First consultation
- We will assess your current health and nutrition status (medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors and usual food patterns and preferences)
- We will take your anthropometric measurements: weight, height, body circumferences, to assess the size, shape and your body composition.
- We will discuss your motive of consulting and expectations.
Follow up appointments
- Follow up appointments are required every 20 to 30 days. During this consultation we will assess your progress and set new goals. Your meal plan will be changed and sent to you a few (2 to 4) days after.
- We will continue nutritional education to increase your knowledge and help maintain healthy long term dietary habits.
